The wolfman and I waited in line for an hour to see New Moon on Friday. It was awesome, twihards came out in force and we had to change our tickets to a later show when we got there because the line was out the door and around the building (this would not have been a problen if it had been over 50 degrees) . This turned out to be a good thing because we got to observe the twihards from the front of out line, and i was impressed.
best things we saw in line;
-80+ year old woman waiting to see the movie
-fight over someone cutting
-food runs, people had been there so long they actually had to send people out for dinner
-a father with his daughter and her friends, he looked horrified
I was really hoping to be blown away by this movie, I was hoping it lived up to or surpassed the badness of twilight. It did not. Aside from the werewolves looking like horse cats, kstew's lack of expressins/emotins, rpattz's excessive expressions/emotions, and the werewolf kid's absence of a shirt. it lacked that awful magic that Twilight had, i didn't laugh myself to tears even once, i missed that.
All that being said, I'll see it again, because it was still pretty awkward.
